Orders & pricing
All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. Weekly payment amounts shown are approximate and subject to approved finance; final amounts are confirmed by the finance provider.
Payments
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout, and finance through approved third-party providers. Payment or approved finance must be in place in full before we dispatch your order.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We will make every effort to deliver within the timeframe specified, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery fees vary by product and location.
Returns & exchanges
You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

All furniture comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty information.
